Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation Policy:** At Opal Essence, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients. • No-Show Policy If you do not show up to your appointment without notifying me in advance, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which your appointment will be considered a no-show and the full service fee will apply. • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee. • Prepaid Appointments: Clients who prepay for their services and either no-show or cancel within 24 hours will forfeit 100% of their deposit, as this time was reserved specifically for you. • ✨ Late Policy ✨ Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re 10 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your total. After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation.
